1. Q:How to register the software?

A:1. Click buynow button on out website then get the license code will work with. Download trial version on our site and make sure your purchased linsece code matches the application version you are trying to register.
2. Access the registration dialog from the application by going to "Enter Registration Code..."
3. Enter your license name and license code exactly as it appears in the email.
Copy and paste the license name and license code from your registration email into the registration dialog.
4. Close the registration dialog, you're done...
You can go to "About..." to make sure that you successfully registered.

 

2. Q:Your iPod/iPhone software can't recognize my iPod/iPhone/iPad, how to do?

A: A: There are two possible reasons for the failed recognization.
1. The software you are using is older version. Please download the newest version from our website.
2. The iTunes on your computer is out-of-date. Please update it to the newest version.

So please redo the register work follow the right way.

 

 

3. Q:I entered the license code you sent me, but the software said "Invalid registration info!". Why?

A: There are several possible reasons for the failed registration.
1. This is caused by entry error. You'd better copy and paste the license code to avoid a typo. And please don't add any blank before or after the code.
2. You order or download wrong product, such as mix up iMacsoft iPod to PC Transfer and iMacsoft iPhone to PC Transfer.

Please check if there is something wrong and then enter your username and linsence code to register again.

5. Q:I get a new computer, what should I do to move the software I purchased to the new computer?

A: First please uninstall the software from your old computer. And then download the version you purchased from our website at http://www.wimmac.com or use the CD you purchased to install it on your new one. Use the registration information you got before to register the full version.

14. Q: What is "Extended Download Service" and what is "Get it on CD" on order page?

A: The Extended Download Service is an optional service offered by the payment processor Regnow with additional cost. Once you purchase this service, you'll be entitled to re-download service for the product you purchased within 2 years, which means that the service provider will keep backup copy of the current version of the product you purchased, and allows you to redownload it from the link if you lost your software. Tthe extended download service is selected by default. If you don't want to order the service, you can simply remove it by clicking the trash can button.

Get it on CD/Back up CD is a CD which contanis your purchased product backup copy. If you add this CD to your order, you will receive the CD when your order is processed.

 

15. Q: After placing the order, can I cancel it?

A: We are sorry that your order cannot be canceled.
